Well Hello!
Hello my long abandoned blog!

It's so been so long since I last updated that I don't even know what it feels like to even blog. So many new changes on LJ that I still need to get used to. I got an email about a month ago or so that my paid account got a one week extension while I was away from blogging. That's pretty nice I guess considering I barely use my account as much now.

Anyway, life has just been busy which is why I haven't really updated in such a long time and mostly because there wasn't any interesting or things that I feel the need to blog about.

Lately I've been thinking of getting a new camera but a film polaroid camera! I've always wanted a polaroid camera but never got one because they are extremely expensive. I'm getting kind of sick of taking photos with digital and phone cameras. While there are always these different apps to edit photos on the iPhone and all these different lightings and functions on digital and SLR cameras, there is something unique about natural pictures taken with a film camera. To be honest, I really miss using film cameras.

I found this Fujifilm Instax Mini 7S Instant Camera from the Urban Outfitters website. It's a little bit over a hundred dollars at $130 which is not too bad for a polaroid camera. I often seen this camera a lot on tumblr and other popular Japanese websites and blogs so it seems like a pretty popular brand and good camera. The reviews on the website seem to be all positive too. The only downside to it is the expensive refill films that I have to purchase. However, I want a film camera where I could take photos when I go out traveling or sight seeing. I'm hoping to buy this camera by the end of year near Christmas (hopefully might hit a x'mas holiday sale then, lol) and because I'd be receiving some HST tax money in the mail in December which would help lower the fees I need to pay out of my own pocket. =)

This camera is cute but also quite big. Don't know if you mind to carry something so big in your bag when you travel. If you don't mind, then I think this is a fun camera to buy.

Yeah, it is quite big. But then most polaroid cameras are pretty big too. I just want a fun camera for a change! lol.

Yes, buying films will be extremely expensive so you gotta be smart about using them and only taking pictures of things that you'd cherish with beautiful images. lol.

Thank you and welcome back to you too! I certaintly miss blogging but I've been so busy this summer with going out and doing other life things. I hope to be back on blogging more soon.
