NON-NO. NON-NO. I AM OUT TO GET YOU!!!

Oh god. I just got back home from Chinatown.

SO, I went to the booktstore to find Non-no. I FOUND IT! But it says...

People: Akanishi Jin. Horikita Maki. (forget that, not interested!)

WHERE IS YAMAPI?!?!?!?!

And I really HATE how they seal the magazine, and like, you can't look into it!

AND SO, I took the magazine up to the counter, and asked the lady.

Me: Do you know when Non-no is issued? Does it come out every week?
Lady: No, it comes out twice a month. (every 2 weeks) This is the latest issue you have on your hands.
(the one I had on my hands was the Oct.5th issue)
Me: Oh, is it possible if I can look inside it before I pay for it?
Lady: Sorry, we can't do that.
Me: *thinks in my head* DARN!

(SO, I was thinking, maybe Yamapi is in the next issue?)

Lady: Btw, Non-no sells out fast, and we only preorder 2 copies.
Me: Is it possible if you can RESERVE a copy for me for the next issue?
Lady: Sure.

=D

NON-NO. NON-NO. NON-NO!!!! I AM SO GOING TO GET YOU!!! MUAHAHAHAHA.

ANYWAYS.

I was watching Nakamika videos on Yessenia's LJ a couple days ago, and while watching, something clicked in my head.

MIKA.    MY. (pronounced My, as in my cat, my dog)


I don't think these are the best pictures to show their resembelance, but I think Mika and My have similar eyes. And if you know My personally, you'll find that she resembelance Mika in many ways, especially the way she walks. LOL.

My is a friend I know who used to like my brother. LOL. But they never dated! I don't think my brother deserves to be with someone pretty like My anyways. XD

Can you guess My's nationality and her age? I'll give you some hints.

Nationality: Her last name is Le.
Age: Between 17-21. 

How I knew about Mika.

Just thought I should talk about it. I found out about Mika through an article about Nana in the Singtao newspaper. (yes, for once, Singtao is actually saying something good about Japanese artists, and not writing about some stupid rumours like they always do.)

The article was saying that, Nana would be the top #1 hit movie for the year among teenagers in Japan. There were also pictures of the cast and drawing of the characters in the manga. My first reaction was, Mika looks 100% like the character in the manga. I found that extremely amazing, and the storyline sounded very interesting to me. When the movie was out, my brother downloaded it, but it was a theatre ripped version. (with pretty bad quality too) I watched the whole movie raw. I didn't really understand much about the movie, but still thought it was good. It was really hard to find subs for the movie at that time, and when the subs came out, I never got around to download it. I MUST watch it again soon with SUBS that is!

Mika is not my personal favourite, but I like her. I think if I knew about her earlier, she'll probably be on my favourites list.

I remember that, I really like her after seeing this video.

AMAZING SONG. Still my favourite song by Mika. (my brother used to listen to it all day long)

I really like her gothic look. haha. Looks really funky and cool. (especially her wrapped hand) She's just missing a guitar to look cool. 

I think Mika has a very unique deep voice, and her music is kinda funky. (like rocking horse)

I like funky people with funky music. LOL. That's why I like Otsuka Ai. She's got funky, cute music. =D

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. 

中秋節快樂 (Happy Chinese Lantern Festival!)

EWWWW. MOONCAKES! I got like 3 boxes at home.

BUT YAY FOR TARO PIE! I LOVE TARO PIE AND TARO! =D

We're having good food for dinner tonight. YEAH! FOOD! 

And I like eating that fruit you eat on this special day. You know, the one that kinda looks like a lemon, but bigger and it's bitter?! (yeah, I have no idea what its called in English)

EDIT:

According to Apple Daily newspaper, Yamapi will be doing another TBC CM WHERE HE'S TOPLESS AGAIN.

OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. OMG. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Happy day~ my mommy made like 384903821 mooncakes XD they were all yummy so now theres only like 5 left T_T i cant imagine what ur describing o.o u know da chinese name?
wtf is NON-NO from what i understand its a magazine? ur lucky to have a china town v_v i got a mall... that sells american junk... thats it T_T-dies from JE withdrawl-
i do think they have quite the resemblance o.o but ofcourse not totally, can My sing? lol

Yeah, they don't look totally alike, but just somewhat.

The fruit is called...ah, I can't type it in Chinese, but it's called "look yau" in Cantonese?

YES. THEY SELL NON-NO HERE! But I think that book is such a WASTE! It's just a fashion magazine with a bunch of ads, and it's hell expensive too!!! But oh well, it's not like Yamapi appears on it as much like he does on Popolo, Wink Up and etc.

Is your friend My chinese? or singaporean? She is really pretty, I like her style. Your brother is lucky to have such cute/pretty girls liking him.

I think that fruit you are talking about is a durian??? No totally sure about that.

I don't like moon cake too much. I only like the ones with salted egg yolk inside. The other parts are too sweet.

LOL. She's not Chinese. Does she look Chinese?! She's Vietnamese. I always thought she was like Japanese/Korean. LOL.

She used to like him...but yeah, he was a jerk and they never dated. Bleh.

Oh, it's not durian. It's kinda like lemon? It's green outside and it's bitter. I like durian though!

I don't like any kind of mooncakes, they're all too sweet!

I guess Canadian vietnamese are different from american vietnamese. LOL, the vietnamese people around here are not that cool looking.

My is very modern? Maybe it's the makeup that makes her look like chinese or japanese.

Ooooh, I wanted to ask, do they have places in Chinatown that sells other j-magazines like the Johnny idol ones? Duet, Wink up etc etc?
Non-no is really not good if you're buying it just for a feature on an artist cause I used to buy every issue of it if Fukada Kyoko was on it but inside there's always only 2 pages of her!

I've never seen Wink Up, Potato, Duet, Popolo, or Myojo in Chinatown before. I can ONLY find Non-no. Yeah, IT IS such a waste buying Non-no, because it's mostly ads! BUT OMG. THERE'S 3 PAGES OF YAMAPI IN THE OCT.20TH issue of NON-NO AND HE'S LIKE TOPLESS IN THERE! I MUST GET IT!

Well, I think it's okay to spend $20 on a magazine that I would only buy like maybe every half a year or so, since Yamapi doesn't even appear on Non-no as much as he does in all the other magazines. So yeah...

Ice-skin? I've never tried that before. My mom always buy the original ones. I heard those like fruit ones, or those Japanese brand taste really good! (but they're like really expensive)

ZOMG I KNOW!! They don't let you open up the darn mag! But at Pacific Mall, they actually do let you open it! I went there last time with my cousins to check and they actually let me open it, but in the end I didn't buy it, and they didn't say anything. So nice, no?? BUT in another store in Pi-mall, the woman was all pissy when I asked to open it. JEEEZ.

*nods* I think Pipi should be in the next issue, no? It should be the 2006.10.20 issue Volume 20! ^______^
